Apply ledger-recorded edits to one original worksheet part, byte-wise.
The original bytes are the source of truth: untouched ranges are copied verbatim; dirty cells are replaced/inserted/deleted at their scanned spans (two sorted streams — rows and cells are coordinate-ordered); user-changed satellite regions are replaced whole from the model. Everything unmodeled (extLst, mc:AlternateContent, drawing references, foreign attributes) passes through because it is never interpreted.
